How To Create Multi-Sport Passes

Discover how to create a season pass that is eligible for more than one sport or team.

A Multi-Sport Pass allows the purchaser valid entry to any event with the chosen Teams selected. The Teams included on the pass can be chosen by you, and changed any time!

Creating Multi-Sport Passes

  1. Under Pass Type, change the selection to Multi-Sport Pass.

  2. Add a Pass Name

  3. The Pass Start Date and Pass End Date will dictate when these passes can be used for eligible events between these dates.

  4. Optional: Add a description

  5. Enter the Net Price (cost of pass) and Quantity (total number of passes available)

  6. Enter Order Min (usually 1) and Order Max (total number of passes the purchaser can buy in one transaction)

  7. Select the Teams you want to be included in the pass

    1. IMPORTANT: If you add any additional Teams to the box office, you will also need to come back to this screen and add them to the pass, otherwise, the pass will not scan as valid at these events. To return to this screen, click Edit next to the Pass/Ticket Level.

  8. Select Additional Options to:

    1. Hide Pass Level From Public: Select to hide this pass from the public, pass can only be sent through a comp order if this is selected.

    2. Adjust Allow Transfers: Unselect this to prevent this pass from being transferred

    3. Add Scans Per Event: Select the total number of scans eligible per event on a single pass. This is one way to create a single family pass with multiple scans.

    4. Link Ticket Level: Toggle on to select link specific tickets to this pass.

  9. Set Ticket Sales Start/End for this pass

  10. Select Submit.

  11. Adjust the customizable text and pass color as needed. Select Next.

  12. Add any additional pass types if needed, click Next once all Pass Types are added. Publish and start selling!
