Season Tickets allow fans to purchase one ticket package that includes admission to multiple events.
Before You Begin
All individual events included in the package must be created before building the Season Ticket event.
How Season Tickets Work
The Season Ticket event is connected to the seat maps of each included event.
When a fan purchases a season ticket seat, that same seat is automatically reserved and unavailable for purchase in all associated single-game events.
Fees
Hometown's service fee of $3 per ticket plus credit card processing fees is charged separately from the ticket price.
You can choose to pass these fees on to the buyer or absorb them into your pricing.
How to Setup a Season Ticket Event:
To create Season Tickets, select +New Season Ticket from the Events dropdown tab. Reminder: All events must be in the Box Office prior to this step.
Select the School, Venue, Department and Seating
Click Load Events to search for events to include in your Season Ticket Event. Only events where these fields match can be included in a Season Ticket Event.
Select the events to include in the Season Ticket Event. Once selected, click Next on the progress bar at the bottom of the screen.
Begin entering the details for the event as if building a standard event.
The Display Start and End Times are the time period the Season Ticket event will be visible for fans. This should mirror your football season dates, ex. Aug 28-Nov 8.
Build the ticket level for the season event by selecting the corresponding ticket level on each of the underlying events.
Note: All ticket levels on the underlying events offered on the season event must be created before building the season event (ex. Adult, Student, Senior).
The Net Price will be the total price for the season tickets.
Set the date for sales to start and end. The sales end date should be no later than the first game day of the season.
Once finished adding ticket levels, click the green Next button on the progress bar along the bottom of the screen.
After reviewing the season ticket details, click Create
Season Ticket Renewals:
Holds on Season Ticket Reserved Seats
Season ticket reserved seats are often put on hold for coaches family, sponsors, scouts or School Board Members. To hold the same seat or seats for each game, follow the steps below.
Begin in the Season Ticket event and select Configure Seat Map
Individually select the seats to be placed on hold, or use the square grabbing icon in the left corner to select a range of seats.
Select the Hold feature on the right side, update the color if desired (this is useful to color coordinate multiple holds ex. black for school admin, red for scouts, etc), and type in a name or reason for hold.
Select Propagate changes to Individual Events if you want this hold to carry over to all events.
Select Save Selection
Select Submit

Release Hold Functionality:
Button 1: Release Renewal Holds (X) - clears holds with a renewal pass code, including linked child events.
What does it release? Season holds that have a person’s name and a passcode |

Button 2: Release Generic Holds (Y) -clears blanket "Season Ticket Renewals" holds on this event only
What does it release? Season holds that say “Season Ticket Renewals” and do not have an individualized passcode |

Season Ticket Renewals
Season Ticket Renewals allow you to offer current season ticket holders the opportunity to purchase the same seats for the upcoming season before tickets become available to the general public.
During the renewal period, fans can:
Renew their existing seats for the new season
Request a seat exchange or upgrade
Decline their renewal
Once the renewal period ends, any unclaimed seats can be released for public sale.
