In addition to the standard confirmation email, clients have the ability to add additional text and attachments to the email using the Order Confirmation feature.
This is at the event level in Advanced Event Options, select Order Confirmation
You can input additional details in the Email Body field and format it accordingly using the toolbar at the top.
You may add up to two attachments (a limit of 9 MB in size) and associate these attachments to a specific ticket level or make them universal.
