Fix login issues, verify your email, reset your password, and update your account details.


I can't log in to my account

If you're having trouble logging in, the most common fix is resetting your password. Go to the Schoolfundr login page and click Forgot Password. A reset link will be sent to your email. Click the link, set a new password, and you should be good to go.

I need to verify my email

When you first create your Schoolfundr account, you'll receive a verification email. Clicking the link in that email activates your account so you can log in and access your dashboard.

If the link has expired or you didn't receive it, here's what to do:

  1. Log in to your Schoolfundr dashboard

  2. Look for a "Verify your email" notification banner at the top of the screen

  3. Click "Resend email"

  4. Click the link in the email you receive


Not receiving emails from Schoolfundr?

If you're not getting verification or password reset emails, try these steps:

  1. Check your spam and promotions folders. Emails from Schoolfundr sometimes get filtered. Look for messages from Schoolfundr or Hometown

  2. Confirm you're using the right email address. Make sure you're checking the same email you used to create your Schoolfundr account

  3. Try a different email client. If you use a school or district email, your IT department's filters may be blocking the message. Try checking from a personal email or contact your IT team to whitelist emails from schoolfundr.org

  4. Contact support. If none of the above works, reach out to us through the chat on our website or email [email protected]. We can resend the verification link directly


I need to change the email on my account

If you need to update the email address associated with your Schoolfundr account, contact our support team. This isn't something you can change on your own in the dashboard, but our team can update it for you quickly.

How do I update my account information?

You can update most of your account details directly in the Account tab of your dashboard. Here's what you can change:

  • Name and preferred contact name

  • Organization name

  • Country and zip code

  • Phone number (you can add and edit your phone)

  • Password (click reset password)

To access your account settings, click your avatar in the top right corner of the dashboard, or select Account from the left menu.

Verification links are single-use. If yours has expired or stopped working, go to you dashboard, find the "Verify email" banner and click Resend email to request a fresh link.

I used a school email and I'm not getting the verification. What should I do?

School and district email systems often have strict spam filters. Check with your IT department to make sure emails from schoolfundr.org aren't being blocked. You can also contact our support team through chat or email and we'll resend the link directly.

Can I remove an email address from my account?

Yes, but this requires help from our support team. Reach out through the chat on our website or email [email protected] with the email you'd like removed and we'll take care of it.
