Changing your end date
You can extend or shorten your fundraiser's end date yourself, directly from your dashboard.
Go to your fundraiser dashboard
Go to the Overview tab
Find the Start and End dates and update your end date
Click Save
š” Tip: If you're getting great momentum and want to keep going, extending your end date is a quick way to give your participants more time to collect donations.
Changing your start date
Start dates can only be changed by your Fundraiser Expert. You'll be able to see the start date under the Overview tab, but you won't be able to edit it from the dashboard.
To update your start date, reach out through the chat on our website or email [email protected]. Include your fundraiser name and the new start date you'd like, and we'll get it updated for you. If you haven't connected with your Fundraiser Expert yet, our support team can provide their Calendly link so you can schedule a quick call.
Note: Start dates are managed by your Fundraiser Expert to make sure your campaign is fully set up and ready before it goes live. This prevents fundraisers from launching before participants, goals, and other details are finalized.
My fundraiser already ended but I need more time
If your fundraiser's end date has passed and you need to reopen or extend it, go to your fundraiser settings in the Overview tab and edit the end date. Or reach out through the chat on our website or email [email protected] with your fundraiser name and the new end date you'd like.
Important: If you've already requested a payout, extending the end date is not possible. Contact support as soon as you know you need more time.
FAQs
Can I end my fundraiser early?
Yes. Go to Overview and change the end date to an earlier date. If you want to shut it down immediately, contact our support team through chat or email and they can close it for you.
Where can I see my current fundraiser dates?
Go to Overview. You'll see both your start and end dates there. Only the end date is editable by leaders. The start date is visible but can only be changed by your Fundraiser Expert.
