How do I start another fundraiser?

Already used Schoolfundr? Learn how to create your next fundraiser quickly.

Starting a new fundraiser from your dashboard

If you've run a fundraiser before, you can create a new one right from your dashboard. Click the Create a new fundraiser button on your Home Dashboard and follow the prompts to set up your new campaign.

Note: Even if you've used Schoolfundr before, every new fundraiser goes through the same review process. A Fundraiser Expert will connect with you to finalize the setup and get it launched. This usually goes faster the second time around since your account is already set up.

Can I copy or duplicate my last fundraiser?

There isn't a one-click "copy fundraiser" feature in the dashboard right now. However, your Fundraiser Expert can help you set up a new campaign based on your previous one. They can carry over details like your organization name, participant structure, and customizations.

To get started, reach out through the chat on our website or email [email protected] with your name and the fundraiser you'd like to duplicate. We'll connect you with your Expert to get things moving quickly.

šŸ’” Tip: If you know what you want to change from last time (different dates, updated goal, new participants), have those details ready when you talk to your Expert. It'll speed things up.

Do I need a new account?

No. You can run multiple fundraisers from the same Schoolfundr account. Each fundraiser shows up separately in your dashboard with its own analytics, participants, and payout. There's no need to create a new account each time.

FAQs

Do I need to set up Stripe again?

If you connected Stripe for a previous fundraiser using the same email address, it should already be linked to your account. You can verify this in the Payouts tab after your new fundraiser ends.

Can I create a fundraiser for a different team or group?

Yes. You can run fundraisers for different teams, clubs, or organizations from the same account. Each fundraiser has its own title, participants, and payout.

Will my participants from last year carry over?

No. Each fundraiser has its own participant list. You'll need to invite participants again for your new campaign using email invites, the join link, or manual additions.
