First: check your spam folder. Invite emails from Schoolfundr often land in spam, junk, or promotions. Check there before contacting anyone.
Why you might not have received it
A few common reasons the invite doesn't arrive:
It landed in your spam, junk, or promotions folder
Your leader sent it to the wrong email address
Your school's email system blocked it (common with district-issued addresses)
There was a typo in the email address when your leader entered it
What to do
Start with these steps:
Check your spam or junk folder. Look for an email from Schoolfundr or Hometown
Ask your coach or teacher to resend. Leaders can resend the invite directly from their dashboard using the Resend invite button in the Participants table
Try a different email address. If your school email keeps blocking it, ask your leader to send the invite to a personal email instead
š” Tip: Your leader can also share a direct join link with you by text or any other way. You don't need to receive the email to join. Ask them for the link and open it in your browser.
