Reset your password
If you know your email but forgot your password, here's how to reset it:
Go to app.schoolfundr.org and click Log in
Click Forgot password?
Enter your email address and click Send reset link
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Schoolfundr
Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password
š” Tip: Reset links expire after a short time. If the link isn't working, go back and request a new one.
Don't know which email you used?
This happens a lot. If you're not sure which email address is linked to your account, try each one you might have used. Common ones to try: your school email, your personal Gmail, or a parent's email if they helped you sign up.
If you've tried a few and still can't get in, contact our support team through chat or email at [email protected]. Give us your name and the name of your fundraiser and we'll help you find the right account.
Reset email not arriving?
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. School-issued email addresses sometimes block these automatically. If it's still not arriving, you may need to switch to a personal email. Contact support and we can update the email on your account.
Note: You cannot change your email address from your account settings yourself. If you need to update it, contact our support team through chat or email.
FAQs
The reset link says it expired. What now?
Go back to the login page, click Forgot password? again, and request a new link. Use it right away before it expires again.
I'm entering the right password but it says it's wrong. What should I do?
Try resetting your password. If it still doesn't work after resetting, contact our support team through chat or email. You may have accounts under more than one email address.
