Adding contacts vs. emails going out
When you add contacts in the Emails uploader, you're saving them to your account for when the fundraiser goes live. The emails are not sent at that moment. They go out automatically once your fundraiser officially launches.
If your fundraiser page still shows "Coming Soon," your contacts have not received their emails yet. Your leader needs to get the fundraiser approved and launched first.

Can I resend emails to contacts who didn't open them?
Schoolfundr sends automated reminders on a schedule to contacts who haven't donated yet. You don't need to resend manually. If you want to follow up personally, share your donation link directly with them.
My fundraiser isn't live yet. Can I still add contacts?
Yes. You can add contacts at any time before your fundraiser launches. They'll be ready to receive emails as soon as it goes live.
My fundraiser is live but contacts still haven't received emails. What should I do?
