Where to find your donations: Log in and go to your participant dashboard. You can find how much you've raised and how many donations you received. Your donation total and a list of individual donations are on your donation wall of your fundraiser page.

How close you are to your goal
Each individual donation, including the donor's name, amount, and date
A note on donor names
Donors enter their own name at checkout. If a donation shows up under an unfamiliar name, it's likely someone you know who used a different name, a nickname, or a spouse's or parent's credit card. Check the amount and date to match it to someone specific.
Note: If a donor wants to change the name on their donation, they'll need to contact our support team. You can't edit donor names from your dashboard.
How does the money get to my school?
You don't need to do anything to get funds to your school. Once the fundraiser ends, your leader requests a payout from their dashboard. The money goes to the organization, not to individual participants. You just focus on raising as much as you can.
FAQs
I got a notification that someone donated but I can't see it. What should I do?
Check the name carefully. Your donor may have used a different name or a family member's card. If you still can't find it after a few minutes, see the article "Why isn't my donation showing up?" for next steps.
A donation is showing as anonymous. Is that normal?
Yes. Donors can choose to donate anonymously. The donation still counts toward your total, it just won't display the donor's name.
