What the leaderboard shows
The leaderboard ranks all participants in your fundraiser by how much they've raised. It updates in real time as donations come in, so your position can change at any point during the fundraiser.
Can donors and visitors see the leaderboard?
Whether individual totals and rankings are visible on the public fundraiser page is a setting your leader controls. Your coach or teacher can choose to show or hide participant names and amounts raised. If you're not sure what's visible to donors, ask your leader.
My total on the leaderboard looks wrong
If your total doesn't look right, a few things to check:
A very recent donation may not have updated yet. Refresh the page and wait a few minutes
Make sure you're sharing your personal donation link, not the general fundraiser link. Only donations made through your personal link are credited to your individual total
If there's still a discrepancy after checking those, contact our support team through chat or email at [email protected].
FAQs
My rank keeps changing. Is that normal?
Yes. Rankings update in real time as donations come in for you and your teammates. Your position will shift throughout the fundraiser as everyone raises more.
I don't see my name on the leaderboard. Why?
If you haven't received any donations yet, you may not appear on the leaderboard until your first donation comes in. If you have donations and still don't appear, contact support through chat or email.
An anonymous donation came in. Does it count toward my total?
Yes. Anonymous donations still count toward your fundraising total and your leaderboard ranking.
