Most common fix: Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. A reset email will be sent to the address on your account.
Resetting your password from the login page
If you can't log in, start here:
Go to app.schoolfundr.org
Click Log in
Click Forgot password?
Enter your email and click Send reset link
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Schoolfundr
Click the link and set a new password
š” Tip: Reset links expire quickly. Use the link as soon as it arrives. If it's expired by the time you click it, go back and request a new one.
Reset email not arriving
Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. School email addresses in particular often block or filter these emails. If you still can't find the reset email after a few minutes, try these:
Make sure you're entering the exact email address you used when you signed up
Try a different email address if you're not sure which one you used
Contact support if you've tried several emails and still can't get in
Not sure which email you used?
This comes up a lot. Try the most likely candidates: your school email, a personal Gmail or iCloud account, and any email a parent might have used if they helped you sign up. If you've exhausted your options, reach out through chat or email at [email protected]. Give us your name and fundraiser name and we'll help you find the right account.
Note: You can't change your email address from your account settings. If you need your email updated, our support team handles that.
FAQs
The reset link says it's expired. What should I do?
Go back to the login page, click Forgot password? again, and request a new link. Use it right away.
I'm entering the right password but it says it's wrong.
Reset your password to be sure. If the problem continues after resetting, you may have more than one account under different emails. Contact support and we'll help you sort it out.
I think I have two accounts. Can I fix that?
