What you can edit on your page
From your participant dashboard, you can update:
Profile photo. The image that appears on your fundraiser page and in outreach messages sent to your contacts
Your display name. How your name appears publicly on your fundraiser page
Personal message. A short note to supporters about why you're fundraising
š” Tip: Adding a recognizable profile photo makes a real difference. Donors who can put a face to the fundraiser are more likely to give.
If you're having trouble editing
If you can't find the edit option or the change isn't saving, contact our support team through chat or email at [email protected]. Share your name, fundraiser name, and the photo or change you'd like, and we can update it for you directly.

Yes. If you're having trouble updating it yourself, email the photo you'd like to use to [email protected] along with your name and fundraiser name, and we'll take care of it.
