What Is A Renewal List?
A Renewal List is an excel report generated from the Box Office that consists of season ticket or season pass holder details.
The list includes:
order ID
first name, last name
email and phone number
pass type
section, row, seat number
and payment type.
How To Generate A Renewal List
Open the previous Season Ticket or Season Pass event by navigating to the Events tab at the top of your box office and select Event List, then select View Past Events at the top of the page.
Select Export next to the Generate Renewal List within the Advanced Event Options section
The report is now available in your downloads file if it does not appear automatically.
You are now ready to upload this list in the new season ticket or season pass event
How To Upload a Renewal List
Generate the Renewal List from the previous event
Navigate to the new or current season ticket or season pass event from within your dashboard or event list
Select Upload next to Upload Renewals within the Advanced Event Options
Select Choose File and select the exported renewal list from your downloads
Select Next to preview and approve
