How To Create A Pass Package

Discover how to bundle passes into a package deal. This is ideal for family passes, where fans want individual passes per family member all in one purchase.

Step 1: Create Individual Passes

Begin by creating your pass options, whether that be Adult and Student passes, All Access, General Admission, Parking or Flex passes. You'll need to have all individual passes created before bundling them into a package. If you need more help on how to do that, select an option below then resume to Step 2.

Step 2: Create Pass Package

If you are still in the pass building stage, you can select +NEW PASS TYPE at the top of the page.

If you have completed the pass build setup, or decided at a later time to add a Pass Package, you can do so by going into the Pass Event and selecting +Add New Ticket Level, under the Ticket Levels & Pricing section.

Step 3: Apply Pass Details & Pricing

  • Pass Type: Pass Package

  • Pass Name: Appropriately name your bundled pass

  • Description: Not require, but great way to explain the limits of this pass

  • Passes In Package: Here is where you select which passes are included in this package. Be sure to adjust the quantity appropriately.

  • Color Ticket: Not required since the passes will default to the pass colors applied

  • Seating Type: General Admission. Reserved seating does not work well for this feature. Reach out to your Customer Success Team for guidance if Reserved Seating is needed.

  • Net Price: Adjust to the bundled price. Some schools prefer to offer a discounted rate for bundled passes. Fees are per pass.

  • Quantity: The total number of this package available

  • Order Min: Minimum number applied to checkout, select at least 1

  • Order Max: The max number of packages they can buy at one time.

  • Sales Start/End: Set the date and time you'd like the sale of this package to start and end.

  • Select Next.

Step 4: Confirm your Pass Levels

Review the list of pass options and select CONTINUE to confirm

Step 5: Publish

Select Publish at the bottom of the screen, you will then be prompted to select:

  • Event Organizer: Select who our team can contact regarding this event

  • Select a Publish Time: Publish immediately or schedule for a specific day/time relative to the event or a selected day/time.

  • Event Visibility: Select where you want this Pass Event to be seen, on your ticketing + website, website only, ticketing only, or a private event.

  • Select Save.

Family Pass Tips:
You can offer a family pass in two ways. One approach is to bundle individual passes into a single package, allowing each family member to receive and redeem their own pass at games. Alternatively, you can create a Multi-Sport Pass that includes multiple scans on a single pass. In this case, one pass is issued to the purchaser with a set number of scans available for each event. If you prefer this option, see how to build a Multi-Sport Pass here.
