Adding team photos and/or player and staff photos to team rosters helps personalize the website and creates a stronger connection with visitors. Photos make it easier for fans, families, and supporters to recognize team members, while also giving the roster pages a more polished and professional appearance. These images populate within your Engage Website.

To add a team photo, player photo or staff photo, you will need to begin in the Box Office and follow these steps:
Select the District tab at the top of the page (this may say Organization for some accounts)
Select Teams
Select the school you will be working from to show a dropdown menu of available teams to work from. If you do not have any teams to work from, scroll to the top and select +New Team/Activity
Select Roster on the right side under Actions
To Add A Team Photo
Select Choose File
Find and select the saved image
Ideal image size is 600x425 in JPEG, PNG formats
Select +Upload to save
To Add a Student Photo To An Existing Player Listed
Select the camera icon under Photo, or, select the pencil under Actions to edit
Select Choose File
Find and select the saved photo of choice
Required dimensions: 300x300 pixels
Accepted Formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP
Max size: 8MP
Select Save Changes
To Add A New Player or Staff and a Photo
Select +Add To Roster in the top right corner of the team
Select Type, either Student or Staff
Fill in the required fields:
Last Name
First Name
Graduating Year
Select Choose File
Find and select the photo of choice
Select Save
